Scott McAfee began entertaining audiences at the early age of 10 as the iconic voice of Christopher Robin in Disney’s beloved Winnie the Pooh franchise during the early and mid 1990s. He quickly became a recognizable voice in households around the world, bringing to life memorable characters like The Boy in Bump in the Night, Littlefoot in The Land Before Time franchise, and the quirky AV Kid in Disney’s Recess.

Scott McAfee began entertaining audiences at the early age of 10 as the iconic voice of Christopher Robin in Disney’s beloved Winnie the Pooh franchise during the early and mid 1990s. He quickly became a recognizable voice in households around the world, bringing to life memorable characters like The Boy in Bump in the Night, Littlefoot in The Land Before Time franchise, and the quirky AV Kid in Disney’s Recess. Fans of Batman Beyond will recognize him as the voice of the golem controlling Willie Watt, while Oz Kids fans know him as Scarecrow Jr.. His voice also appeared in some of the most influential animated series of the era, including Animaniacs, Freakazoid!, Batman: The Animated Series, Toy Story, and Avatar: The Last Airbender.

 

Today, Scott has traded the microphone for the classroom, but he never left the world of communication. Now a college professor in Communication Studies and the Access Coordinator at College of the Canyons, he is passionate about accessible education and empowering the next generation of communicators. He is also completing a doctorate in Educational Leadership, with research focused on the ethical integration of artificial intelligence in higher education.
