Zuri Washington is a native New Yorker from the Boogie Down Bronx, best known for voicing Aisha in Winx Club: The Magic is Back (Netflix), Idira Tlass in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, and Ryme in Pokémon: Paldean Winds. You can also sometimes catch her on a stage near you as she pursues a theatre career in regional houses across the country and Broadway National Tours.

When she’s not focused on displaying her talents, she uses her other skills to be an advocate for marginalized people under the moniker The DEI Punk. She has been interviewed by publications such as Vanity Fair and The Washington Spectator speaking directly to these issues and with her work as a consultant and as an artist, she aims to dismantle oppressive structures in order to make room for radical empathy, empowerment and justice.
